Q: Are you okay with pets?

A: GIVE US ALL THE PETS! We prefer them. Animals make my heart so happy and we treat them just like a member of your family and ours!

Q: Do we have to be there when you are there?

A:  That is whatever you are most comfortable with- it is typically easier to be left in the home so we can hustle around but we will do what is best for your comfort level.

Q: Do you supply your own products?

A: We bring everything we need! 

Q: What do we need to do to prepare for your visit

A: We recommend picking up the house from toys, dishes and clutter prior to our arrival. The more we have to pick up the longer it cuts into cleaning time. Rule of thumb is, if a surface is covered with clutter 70% it is skipped so to assure the most efficient cleaning we recommend clear surfaces. Turn the air down to a comfortable working condition- 75 and up is quiet hot on summer days.

​​Q:  How you accept payment?

A: Cash is always preferred. We also accept venmo, cash app and apple pay

​Q: What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

A: Totally get it, life happens but we do ask for a 48 hour notice to avoid any cancellation fee.
